How to root and install CWm recovery To flash Jellybean on HTC EXPLORER:

1.Before installing a jelly bean u need to make a backup if u need it then u need to unlock the Htc bootloader  by going to this website Bootloader.
2.Now u need to download the "htc sync manager" from Htc website to backup all ur important data by going to this website.
3.Download the rom from here.

4.Downlaod recover.zip from here
5.U need to download the super user.zip from here 

 ImP: Place superuser.zip and rom.zip on ur external storage (not in folder)

Warning:I am not responsible for anything went wrong this is not a official rom from htc proceed At ur own risk

INSTALLATION GUIDE:

MAKe sure ur enabled "USB DEBUGGING" on "SETTINGS"

1.Put ur phone in fast boot mode (to enter in to fast boot u need to hold POWER+VOLUME DOWN AT THE SAME TIME then u will enter into bootloader menu ThEN -SELECT "FAST BOOT "And hit power on to enter on it )
  Once ur in fast boot extract that recovery.zip on ur pc then connect ur mobile to pc then double click on RECOVERY.BAT {windows batch file}
wait for a few min once its done remove ur phone from pc now u have successfully installed "CWM RECOVERY"
2.Now u need to flash "super user .zip" once again u have to go to bootloader menu;

 To boot into bootloader mode, press and hold Volume Down+ Power buttons together until bootloader mode screens turns up.

1. Now select ‘ Recovery ‘ from the bootloader menu

2. Now select Install .zip from SD card and then locate and select the Superuser Zip file that u have downloaded it.

   
   After finishing installing that restart the phone then boot again in to RECOVERY make NANDROID BACKUP (IF NEEDED OR DON`T WANT TO LOSE THE DATA)

      

Installing rom:

1. Copy and paste the ROM in the root Level of the SD card (First Level /)

2. Reboot the Device into the Custom Recovery

3. Caution : Make Backup before you Proceed

4. Wipe the Data by choosing the option “Wipe date” and then Select confirm Wipe data -”Yes”

5. Flash the Jellybean Rom by selecting “Install zip from Sd Card”

6. Go to the file and Confirm the flash and allow the process to complete

7. If u want to flash gapps.zip  use the same “Install zip from SD card” and flash it (downlaod gapps.zip from here)

8. Wipe Data Again

9. Wipe davik cache

10. Reboot and be calm(takes time to load)

    WAALA U got it now ur on ANDROID 4.2 JELLY BEAN NJOY
